If you forgot your password for HUD Secure Systems (aka EIV), HFG IT cannot reset it for you.
Go to the following site and request a password reset: https://hudapps.hud.gov/reac/wass/resetPwd.html
You will receive an email with instructions. If you have forgotten your WASS ID (aka M-number), please contact the HFG IT Helpdesk and they can provide this information.
