HUD Secure Systems: Setting up access to EIV-PIH
Register for a WASS ID (aka “M number”)
- Go to https://www.hud.gov/offices/reac/online/reasyst.cfm
- Click Register Online
- Select Public Housing Agency
- Fill out the form:
- Application type: User
- Organization Name: HACSA of Lane County
- Organization ID: OR006
- Enter your personal information into the remaining fields and click Send Application
Complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training
- Go to https://public.cyber.mil/training/cyber-awareness-challenge/and choose "All other users".
- If the training won’t load, use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- Save the completion certificate and email it to the WASS Coordinator (currently the IT Director).

Complete the EIV-PIH UAAF/Rules of Behavior form (HUD 52676)
- Once the coordinator has your WASS ID, they can pre-fill the form for you to sign.

Step 3: Complete the EIV-MF User Access Authorization Form (HUD 90012)
- Once the coordinator has your WASS ID, they can pre-fill the form for you to sign.
Step 4: Submit an electronic UAAF
- Login to HUD Secure Systems: https://hudapps.hud.gov/HUD_Systems/
- If you don’t know your password, use the “Reset Password” link on the above page to reset your password via email.
- Go to EIV->Multi-Family Housing
- On the left, click on “Authorization Form” under “User Access Request”
- Click “Create New Request”
- Fill out the form using your paper 90012 as a guide.
- For “User Affiliation”, select “Management Agent”.
- Let the coordinator know when the electronic UAAF has been submitted.
