IT reserves a weekly maintenance window from 6-9am on Saturdays to install updates. Staff can use email, phones, Teams, etc. during this time but should not try to access any internal resources like the VPN, G:\ drive, HAB, or FileVision.
Staff should not use HAB and FileVision between 9pm-2am nightly. There are scheduled tasks on each system that need to run nightly and users should not be logged in to HAB or FV when this happens.
