Most the of the time this happens you can just click No Thanks and it will still open your PDF. But if it doesn't, you'll need to check a few settings.


First, open PDF Creator from the Start menu. Then go to Profiles tab, make sure Profile is set to Default Profile, and then make sure the "Use PDF Architect for PDF Files" is Unchecked and hit Save. Then test again.



If this still doesn't work, click the Settings gear icon in the upper right, select the Viewer menu, toggle the switch to the right of PDF, and paste in this Executable Path "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe" (without the quotes) and hit Save. It should work now. If not feel free to let us know and we can try to figure out what's going wrong.
