If your headset isn't working at all try the following:

  1. Make sure it is charged and turned on (the switch on the bottom needs to be in the middle position for most headsets)
  2. Unplug the USB receiver, wait 15 seconds, and then plug it back in. It might take a few seconds to register after being plugged back in.
  3. Make sure the Audio device is set to the correct setting (Jabra Link 370 or 380) by clicking Start -> Settings -> System -> Sound and make sure both Output and Input and set to the correct device (should have the same name)
  4. If all the above is correct, try restarting your computer

If you are able to hear a caller but they can't hear you (or vice versa)

  1. Go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> More Sound Settings (near the bottom)
  2. Under Playback, click on the device you are using (Jabra Link 370 or 380) and then click Properties
  3. Click on the Advanced tab and then UNCHECK the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" box and click Apply and then OK
  4. Now go to the Recording tab and do the same steps for the correct device there (should have the same name) then click OK when finished
