If your headset isn't working at all try the following:
- Make sure it is charged and turned on (the switch on the bottom needs to be in the middle position for most headsets)
- Unplug the USB receiver, wait 15 seconds, and then plug it back in. It might take a few seconds to register after being plugged back in.
- Make sure the Audio device is set to the correct setting (Jabra Link 370 or 380) by clicking Start -> Settings -> System -> Sound and make sure both Output and Input and set to the correct device (should have the same name)
- If all the above is correct, try restarting your computer
If you are able to hear a caller but they can't hear you (or vice versa)
- Go to Start -> Settings -> System -> Sound -> More Sound Settings (near the bottom)
- Under Playback, click on the device you are using (Jabra Link 370 or 380) and then click Properties
- Click on the Advanced tab and then UNCHECK the "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device" box and click Apply and then OK
- Now go to the Recording tab and do the same steps for the correct device there (should have the same name) then click OK when finished
