If you are having issues with your monitors not connecting, internet not switching from wireless to wired connection, or issues with USB devices attached to the docking station, try the following steps:

  1. Unplug the power from the docking station (looks like an old school barrel plug for an old laptop, might be lit up blue) for 15 seconds and then plug it back in. Wait a few seconds for everything to come back up.
  2. Unplug the device you are having issues with for 15 seconds and plug it back in.
  3. For monitors, make sure that they are fully connected in the back of the monitor as well as the back of the dock. Make sure the power cords are fully plugged in and that the monitors are turned on (usually the right most button on the bottom of the monitor). If they are powered on but not receiving signal they will be lit up orange. If they are on and lit up blue they are receiving at least some signal.
  4. Unplug the USB-C cable connecting the dock to your laptop for 15 seconds and then plug it back in.
  5. Restart your computer
