It was brought to our attention that the Yardi cell phone apps were asking people to sign in every single day and not saving login info. I think I have figured out a new way of signing into the Yardi cell phone apps that will keep it from asking you to sign back in every day. Instead of logging in with your usual email and password you will now use a separate password (IT can reset it if you forget) with your email address.
To enter this on the phone app you'll want to initially select Voyager Security Login, NOT YardiOne Login (the normal way). You might need to hit back on your phone, if it brings you straight to the login screen when you open the app, so you can see this other screen to select the proper login type.
Then you enter the username and password I provided (or if you changed your password, use that one), make sure Database says Live(Voyager) and that Safe Info is checked.
Then hit login and it should stay. Let me or Becky know if you have any issues. Usually it will just be that you are typing in your email or password incorrectly so give it a few tries.
