If you have planned TM coming up and need to forward your email to another address while you're out, create a mail forwarding rule in Outlook:

  1. In Outlook, click the File tab then select Automatic Replies.
  2. Set an automatic reply, including the start and end dates.
  3. At the bottom of the Automatic Replies window, click Rules.
  4. Click Add Rule and then click the box marked Forward.
  5. In the To field, enter the forwarding address (email address where messages should be forwarded).
  6. Set the Method to Standard.

Incoming emails to your address will be automatically forwarded to the forwarding address during the dates specified in your automatic reply settings. You do not need to remove the rule; it will be automatically removed after the "end date" in your automatic reply settings.
