If you want Outlook to automatically start when you turn on your computer, follow these steps:


  1. Press the Windows Key + R (or go to the start menu and search "run" and open that) and enter "shell:startup" (without the quotes)
  2. Then right click the empty space in that folder window and select New -> Shortcut and then paste "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" (again without the quotes) and click Next -> Finish.
